From farm to table, bistro style, artisan, global inspirations and more, you’re sure to find a great place to dine here in downtown Grand Rapids!
The Kitchen by Wolfgang Puck is located in the Amway Grand Plaza! The Kitchen & The Kitchen Counter by Wolfgang Puck specializes in global comfort food. The menu features a variety of signature recipes made with locally-sourced ingredients. The Kitchen has a welcoming and relaxed dining environment. It’s perfect for a date night or business meeting! We recommend trying their Steak Tartare, Grilled Scottish, or Shaved Asparagus Salad! (http://wolfgangpuck.com/dining/the-kitchen-by-wolfgang-puck-grand-rapids/)
The Butcher’s Union is located on Grand Rapids’ West Side! With their website highlighting “meat and whiskey”, you can’t go wrong with one of their craft cocktails or their Roasted Pork Belly. They work with local farmer’s to create a comforting menu and have a very welcoming ambiance. With bourbon, rye, and wheat varieties just to name a FEW sippers, this is the place to go for casual dining with incredible menu selections! (https://www.butchersuniongr.com/)
Wheelhouse Kitchen and Cocktails is located in downtown Grand Rapids! Labeled a Contemporary American Bistro, this dining experience is one you’ll remember! From their famous French Onion Soup to the Indian Brook Trout, your tastebuds are guaranteed to entertained! They also have a Happy Hour Mon-Fri from 3-6pm featuring both drink specials and a bar menu! With the beautiful fireplaces and huge windows, this is a great choice for date night or a happy hour with friends! (http://www.wheelhousegrandrapids.com/)
Last we have Iron, located directly across from the Van Andel Arena downtown. Iron features a casual dining atmosphere that embraces Midwestern culture, food, and hospitality. We recommend sharing the meat or cheese board, then diving into their smoked pork sammie! This is the place to go before or after any event at Van Andel to get a scrumptious bite to eat!
